Our commitment to excellence in and out of the courtroom has earned us recognition from our peers and the organizations that set the standard for our profession.

From rear-end taps to highway pileups, we help injured Texans recover the compensation they deserve.

Commercial trucking companies move quickly after a crash. We move faster to protect your rights.

Motorcyclists face unique risks. We fight to ensure riders receive the full value of their claims.

When negligent drivers change lives in an instant, we’re here to help victims rebuild theirs.

Catastrophic injuries can change every aspect of your life. We pursue the resources and compensation you need to move forward with confidence.

When someone else’s carelessness leaves you hurt, we handle the claim end to end so you can focus on recovering.

Insurers blame the victim for not watching their step. We document the hazard and the injuries so that argument doesn’t stick.

No family should face tragedy alone. We provide compassionate guidance while pursuing justice on your behalf.

Drivers who fail to watch for cyclists cause devastating harm. We fight to make them answer for it.

A dangerous property is a choice someone made. We prove who knew about the hazard and did nothing.

Poor lighting, broken locks, and absent guards invite violence. We hold property owners accountable for ignoring the risk.

A traumatic brain injury can change memory, mood, and independence for life. We build claims that account for the long road ahead.
With decades of combined trial experience, our managing partners personally handle every case with the care, attention, and tenacity it deserves.

Having practiced law on Wall Street, I know a good lawyer when I see one. Mitchell Fielding is a stand out among his peers with an advanced grasp of how to use the law to the benefit of his clients. Equally as important, Mr. Fielding never cuts corners and has earned my trust implicitly. If you’re looking for the right lawyer to represent you, look no further: Mitchell is your guy.

During the course of my career, I have seen thousands of lawyers in action, and I can say without reservation that Michael Fielding is one of the best I have come across. He is extremely bright, hard-working, and committed to getting the best possible results for his clients. He also practices law the right way – with professionalism, integrity and an attention to detail. If you hire Michael, you can have confidence that you are in good hands.
Joseph Callister

After the auto accident, we could not have done better than to have Mitchell Fielding represent us. He is knowledgeable and does the research. He will talk to you any time and lets you know that he is there to help with anything. This man will go the extra mile and then some. I hope we never have another situation like this, but if we did, Mitch is our go to guy.

We don’t get paid unless we win your case.
Every year, hundreds of thousands of Texans are hurt in motor vehicle accidents alone. Behind each of those numbers is someone trying to work out what to do next.
That is what this resource center is for. You will find plain-English explanations of how Texas injury law works, what insurance companies are and are not allowed to do, and what a claim may actually be worth — so you can make decisions from a position of knowledge instead of pressure.
If you would rather just ask someone, our team is available 24/7 and consultations are always free.

Nothing up front. Fielding Law works on a contingency fee basis, which means you pay no out-of-pocket costs and owe us nothing unless we win your case. Your consultation is free, and there is no obligation to hire us afterward.
In most Texas personal injury cases the statute of limitations is two years from the date of the injury. Some deadlines are much shorter — a claim against a city, county, or transit authority generally requires written notice within six months or less. The sooner you speak with an attorney, the more options you keep.
We have three offices across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Our Mesquite office is at 18601 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Suite 315. Our Heath office is at 4232 Ridge Rd #104. Our Richardson office is at 2221 Lakeside Blvd, Suite 1600. All three are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we can also meet by phone or video.
We focus on personal injury and auto accidents: car accidents, truck and 18-wheeler accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, slip and fall and other premises liability claims, brain and head injuries, product liability, and wrongful death claims.
Move to safety and call 911 so police can document the crash. Get medical attention even if you feel fine — some injuries take days to surface, and a treatment record matters later. Photograph the vehicles, the roadway, and any signage, and collect contact details from witnesses. Be careful about giving a recorded statement or accepting an early settlement before you understand the full extent of your injuries.
Texas follows a modified comparative responsibility rule. You can generally still recover damages if you are 50% or less responsible, though your compensation is reduced by your share of the fault. If you are found more than 50% responsible, you generally cannot recover from the other party. Insurers routinely try to shift blame, which is why an early investigation matters.
It depends on the severity of your injuries, the medical treatment you need, the income you lose, and the insurance coverage available. Anyone who quotes you a number before reviewing your medical records is guessing. We will not push you toward a settlement before we understand what your injuries will cost you long term.
A straightforward claim can settle within a few months once you finish medical treatment. Cases involving catastrophic injuries, disputed liability, or a filed lawsuit can take a year or more. We keep you updated throughout, and you always have direct access to your attorney.
With offices in Mesquite, Heath, and Richardson, Fielding Law is proud to serve injury victims throughout North Texas and across the entire state.
