Nijyar H. Tovi is an Associate Attorney at Fielding Law, where he is dedicated to helping individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own. Deeply rooted in the Dallas–Fort Worth community, Nijyar brings a client-focused approach that combines compassion, diligence, and clear communication at every stage of a case.
Before joining Fielding Law, Nijyar earned his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from UNT Dallas College of Law, where he was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List and received the CALI Award for excellence in Legal Research. During law school, he interned at Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, providing direct legal assistance to underserved clients and collaborating with supervising attorneys on strategy and case preparation. This experience strengthened his commitment to accessible, client-centered advocacy and gave him a firsthand understanding of the challenges injured individuals face navigating the legal system.
Prior to his legal career, Nijyar gained more than a decade of management and insurance experience, including roles as a General Manager in the service industry, insurance Claims Adjuster, and as an Agency Producer with a Texas insurance agency. These positions refined his leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills—qualities he now applies to achieving fair results for his clients.
A lifelong Texan, Nijyar lives in Collin County with his wife and their two children.
Outside the office, he enjoys coaching youth soccer, volunteering with the North Texas Food Bank, listening to podcasts, and cheering on his kids at the soccer field.
