Emily Kanell

Emily was born and raised in Northern Utah, where she jumped into the Legal Field as early as high school. She had the privilege to be a part of a work-release program where she worked alongside her father, Attorney Theodore E. Kanell, who shared his insight and strengths in litigation with her. With 25 years of litigation experience in every field of law and her study of Biology at BYU of Hawaii, it became without a doubt that fighting against insurance companies for injury victims is what motivates her. Emily enjoys striving for the best-case outcome for her clients and her team!
